This Policy applies to MANDAE, a RADIAL Design Gráfico technology operated by Struckel Serviços d.f.Ltda — CNPJ 07.929.674/0001-14.

We may process sender, recipient, Premium user and administrator data, including names, email addresses, IP addresses, session data, transfer metadata, file names, messages and operational history.

Data is used to perform transfers, send notifications, authenticate accounts, operate Premium features, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with legal duties.

Files are stored for the period required by the service and are subject to configured expiration rules. Users remain responsible for the content they share.

Processing may rely on service performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, exercise of rights and consent when applicable.

Infrastructure, email, security, storage and payment providers may process data strictly as needed to deliver the service.

Files, metadata, sessions and technical records have different retention periods. Expired transfers may no longer be recoverable.

Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion and other rights available under applicable data protection law.

MANDAE uses technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
